We help people lead healthier lives through nutritional therapy, recipe creation, and food styling. Through personalised guidance, we connect clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make positive dietary choices and improve their overall well-being.

Bodies as Unique as Our Personalities

For us, this isn’t just a tagline. It’s a life choice to fight against tasteless diets and ultra-processed meals.

Safe & Inclusive Health

We specialise in women and folks marginalised for their gender’s health, hormone balancing, menopause, mental health, fatigue, digestive issues, gut microbiome and disordered emotional eating conditions.

No Restrictive Eating

We champion a philosophy of food inclusion. You will never find yo-yo dieting or food limitations in our plans.

We know the body shaming triggers. We are committed to making our clinic a safe environment free from shame, guilt and blame. We will not ask for your measurements, make you count calories, weigh you, or take before and after photos.

Our clinic is a safe space for all people from the LGBTQIA+ community. We use pronouns, avoid unnecessarily gendered language and hold space for the ways in which LGBTQIA+ people may need additional support to feel safe.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy utilises food nutrients to prevent, manage, and aid various health conditions beyond weight loss, including depression, anxiety, PCOS, thyroid issues, fatigue, and more. Our comprehensive approach ensures personalised support from start to finish, backed by a network of specialised nutritionists, offering guidance, education, and emotional support throughout your health journey.

Food Styling

Food styling is the art of making dishes visually appealing and enticing for both eating and photography. Collaborating with renowned clients like The Simple Things Magazine, Eurodiet, and Rich Earth Cafe, we excel in bringing food and projects to life through creative presentation and styling expertise.

Recipe Creation

We love dreaming up creative recipes that suit our clients' tastes perfectly. Whether we're reinventing beloved comfort foods into healthier versions or brainstorming ideas for magazine features, we're always inspired by the exciting world of food trends. Our goal is to make cooking fun, accessible, and absolutely delicious!

About Amoorish

We're revolutionising health by empowering people to make informed dietary and lifestyle decisions to create lasting change.

Founded by Amy, a qualified naturopathic nutritional therapist with a BSc in psychology, our approach blends evidence-based practice with a love for crafting nourishing recipes.

Amy's mission began with a PCOS diagnosis. She felt frustrated by the lack of clear information about natural ways to improve symptoms associated with the syndrome. Through small sustainable lifestyle changes. She got rid of the syndrome and now wants to empower others to do the same. With a strong background in catering and pop-up restaurants, she makes healthy eating a tastier voice. Food has transformative power in building community and joy.

We all deserve nourishing, affordable food.
